Online Reservations

We recommend that our clients reserve a car ahead of time (at no additional charge) to be guaranteed a car at the time of pick up. We can provide you with a car at short notice by phone or online upon availability. Prices vary by date and vehicle availability. (For seasonal events such as graduations and weddings, be sure to reserve early.) and gratuity/tips (15%) will be charged at checkout.

The customer accepts to pay the price specified for the services described. If there’s any problem with a vehicle or driver the company must be informed within 24 hours. If the company is not informed within 24 hours the complaint will not be validated.

Wait Time
Waiting time charges will apply after the grace period and are accrued in minutes increments, based on the vehicle type.

Wait Time Fees
Sedan --> $1.50/min
SUV --> $1.75/min
Limo/Sprinter --> $2.00
From Airport

SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME:
If you book the pickup for the “scheduled flight arrival time”, you have a 1 hour courtesy wait time from the time the plane lands on the tarmac, and to greet/meet your chauffeur. After the courtesy wait time, additional wait time charges will be applied. This also applies to international pickups.

REQUESTED PICKUP TIME:
If you requested a pickup time for any time other than the “scheduled flight arrival time”, you will be picked up at that EXACT time that you requested. In this case, you would receive a 30 min courtesy wait time to get to the chauffeur. After the courtesy wait time, additional wait time charges will be applied even if your flight is late. If the flight arrives early, it is at our discretion whether our chauffeur will be able to pick you up at an earlier time than requested. This also applies to international pickups.

MULTIPLE TRAVELERS:
Notification is always required if passengers are traveling on separate flights. If passengers are traveling on different flights, the requested pick-up time must be according to the last arriving passenger’s scheduled flight information. If “Inside Pick Up” is requested for the first arriving passenger, additional wait time fees will apply.
To Airport/Point-to-Point
Allotted a 15-minute courtesy grace period from the scheduled pick-up time, where after charges will apply.

EXAMPLE
If you book a car to pick you up at 10AM, your grace period would be free until 10:15AM.
At 10:16AM you would be charged an additional wait time fee.
Hourly Charters & Main Events
ALL PICK-UPS FROM MAJOR EVENTS SUCH AS CONCERTS, SPORTING EVENTS, ETC.… AND ANY FBO (PRIVATE AIRPORTS) HAS A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:

Sedan/SUV/10 Passengers Limo --> 3 Hours Min.
Sprinter/BUS/SUV Limo --> 4 Hours Min.

Limousine charter reservations are based on an hourly rate and are billed at 60-minute intervals. All charters have a 3 hourly minimum requirement, subject to the selected vehicle type. Any additional time will be billed hourly.

Point To Point
A point-to-point is defined as a pickup and drop-off at any location other than an airport.
Wine Tour
*PRICING FOR WINE TOUR DOES NOT INCLUDE WINE TASTING OR LUNCH COST. THIS SHOULD BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY BY THE CUSTOMER.

Cancellation fees
For Stretch Limos and Sprinters:

Any cancellation made before one week from pickup time will not be charged.
Any cancellation made less than a week before pickup time will result in a charge of 30% of the reservation cost.
Any cancellation made 1 to 3 days before pickup time will result in a charge of 50% of the reservation cost
A no-show or a cancellation made the same day of pickup time will result in a charge of 100% of the reservation cost.

For Sedans and SUV’s:
Any cancellation made with 3 days of anticipation, there will not be charged.
Any cancellation made with less than 2 days of anticipation, there will be a charge of 30% of the reservation cost.
For any cancellation made with less than a day of anticipation, there will be a charge of 50% of the reservation cost.
For a no show or a cancellation made with less than 3 hours of anticipation, there will be a charge of 100% of the reservation cost.
