When you request a quote, make a reservation, set up a corporate account, apply as an operator or partner, or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and trip details (pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times, passenger count, luggage, flight information and notes). We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as browser type, device and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies.

Bookings and payments
Reservations made through "Book now" are processed by our booking provider, Book Rides Online, and payments are processed by Stripe. Information you enter with those providers is also handled under their own privacy policies. We do not store full payment card numbers.

How we use your information
We use your information to respond to quote requests, confirm and coordinate reservations, communicate with you about your trip, monitor flights where flight information is provided, provide customer support, review operator and partner applications, improve our website and services, and send occasional updates if you have agreed to receive them.

How we share your information
To perform your trip, we share the details needed for that reservation with the independent Transportation Provider assigned to it. We also share information with service providers that help us operate our website, bookings, payments, email and analytics, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep information
