BLACK TRUCK ATL

Terms of Service

Important information about your reservation and transportation experience.

Effective date: October 28, 2026

Welcome to Black Truck ATL. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain how our transportation referral and reservation services work and what you can expect from us when you request, book, or ride with Black Truck ATL. Please read them carefully, together with our Cancellation & Refund Policy, Transportation Service Agreement, and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, making a reservation, or using any transportation service arranged by Black Truck ATL, you agree to these Terms. If you are booking on behalf of another person, a group, or a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf and that you will share the relevant terms with each passenger.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not make a reservation.

2. About Black Truck ATL
Black Truck ATL is a transportation referral company. We book, coordinate, and refer luxury ground transportation reservations to licensed, independent transportation providers ("Transportation Providers"), who perform the transportation. Black Truck ATL is not the carrier for your trip.
Black Truck ATL is operated by Black Truck ATL LLC, with a business address at 8735 Dunwoody Place, Suite 4840, Atlanta, GA 30350. References to "Black Truck ATL," "we," "us," and "our" mean that entity. References to "you" and "your" mean the person making the reservation and, where applicable, each passenger.

3. Services and Transportation Coordination
We book and refer the following services:
• Airport transportation
• Executive and corporate transportation
• Private aviation and FBO transfers
• Hourly chauffeur services
• Point-to-point transportation
• Special events
• Group transportation
Each confirmed reservation is performed by a Transportation Provider in the Black Truck ATL network. Section 12 explains the role of Transportation Providers and of Black Truck ATL.

4. Reservation Requests and Confirmations
A deposit is required to confirm a reservation. A quote or booking request does not hold a vehicle or chauffeur. The deposit amount is stated in your quote.
A reservation is confirmed only when your deposit has been paid and we send you a written confirmation by email that includes a confirmation or reservation number. Until you receive that confirmation email, vehicle and chauffeur availability is not guaranteed.
Your confirmation will list the key details of your trip, including the date, pickup time, pickup and drop-off locations, vehicle category, and the price or pricing basis. Please review it promptly and contact us right away if anything is incorrect.

5. Customer Responsibilities
When making a reservation, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete trip details, including pickup address, passenger count, luggage, flight information for airport services, and a phone number where the passenger can be reached on the day of service.
• Make sure the vehicle category you select fits your passenger count and luggage.
• Be ready at the scheduled pickup time and location.
• Tell us about any special requirements, such as child safety seats, accessibility needs, or additional stops, when booking.
• Keep your contact phone available on the day of service so your chauffeur or our team can reach you.

6. Pricing, Fees, and Payments
Prices are quoted based on the details you provide, including vehicle category, distance, duration, date, time, and service type. Your quote lists every charge category that applies to your reservation, along with the deposit required to confirm it. Your confirmation will state the price or the basis on which the final price will be calculated, such as an hourly rate.
The final charge may differ from the quoted price only for charges that are described in our published policies or that you approve, such as:
• Waiting time beyond the included grace period
• Additional stops or route changes you request
• Extensions of hourly service
• Applicable tolls, parking, or airport fees
• Cleaning or damage charges described in the Transportation Service Agreement
Payment of the deposit is required at booking to confirm your reservation (see Section 4). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
We will not add new material charges or restrictions to a confirmed reservation without your agreement.

7. Chauffeur Arrival and Waiting Time
Chauffeurs assigned to your reservation aim to arrive approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time when operationally possible. Early arrival is a service standard, not a guarantee.
Transfers: Every transfer includes a 15-minute grace period that begins at the scheduled pickup time on your confirmation. Waiting time beyond the grace period may be charged as listed on your quote.
Hourly service: Every hourly reservation includes a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled reservation end time. Overtime begins only after that grace period ends.

8. Airport and Flight-Related Services
For airport pickups, please provide your airline and flight number when booking. Where flight information is provided, we monitor arrival times and adjust pickup timing for flight delays.
Domestic and international airport pickups include 30 minutes of waiting time from the actual landing time. Meet and greet inside the terminal is available for $30.
A flight delay will not by itself be treated as a no-show. Airport pickup procedures may be affected by airport rules and are communicated in your confirmation or by your chauffeur.

9. Reservation Modifications
You may request changes to a confirmed reservation by contacting us at (888) 844 2383. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them. Changes to time, date, vehicle category, route, or duration may change the price. We will tell you about any price change before it takes effect.
A reduction in service, or a change requested close to the service time, may be treated under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

10. Vehicle Availability and Substitutions
We reserve vehicles by category (sedan, SUV, Sprinter, or limousine), not by specific make, model, or color, unless your confirmation states otherwise.
If the confirmed vehicle becomes unavailable for reasons such as mechanical issues, accidents, or other circumstances, we may arrange a comparable or higher vehicle category at no additional cost to you. If only a lower vehicle category is available, we will contact you before your trip where possible to discuss your options.

11. Passenger Conduct and Safety
For the safety of passengers, chauffeurs, and the public, all passengers must:
• Wear seat belts where provided, as required by law.
• Follow the chauffeur's reasonable safety instructions.
• Not carry or use illegal substances in vehicles.
• Not engage in abusive, threatening, or unlawful behavior.
• Not exceed the passenger capacity of the vehicle.
• Follow all applicable laws regarding alcohol.
A chauffeur may refuse or end service if a passenger's behavior creates a safety risk or violates the law. Section 14 of the Transportation Service Agreement explains how charges apply in that situation.

12. Independent Transportation Providers
Black Truck ATL is a transportation referral company. The transportation itself is performed by independent Transportation Providers in our network. For every reservation:
• Black Truck ATL books and coordinates your reservation, refers it to a Transportation Provider, and remains your point of contact for confirmations, changes, cancellations, and service questions.
• The Transportation Provider operates the vehicle, employs or engages the chauffeur, and is responsible for holding the licenses, permits, and insurance required by law for the transportation it provides.
• Transportation Providers are expected to meet the Black Truck ATL service standards described in our Affiliate Operator Terms.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable law.

13. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation fees depend on the vehicle category and how much notice you give. Full details, including the fee schedules, how to cancel, no-show conditions, and refund processing, are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

14. Service Interruptions
Circumstances outside our reasonable control may delay or prevent service. Examples include severe weather, road closures, traffic incidents, airport restrictions, government actions, public emergencies, and similar events.
If such an event prevents a confirmed service from being provided, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible or not acceptable to you, we will refund amounts you paid for the service that was not provided.

15. Liability and Applicable Legal Limitations
We work to provide safe, professional, and reliable service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Black Truck ATL is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed flights, missed connections, or missed events, that result from delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for our own negligence where the law does not allow it to be limited, or any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

16. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about your service, please contact us first at (888) 844 2383 or info@blacktruckatl.com. We will review your concern and respond in good faith. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue the remedies available under applicable law in a court of competent jurisdiction, including small claims court where eligible.

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. The Terms that apply to your reservation are the Terms in effect when your reservation was confirmed, unless you agree otherwise. We will not apply new material charges or restrictions to an already confirmed reservation without your agreement.
